Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have already downloaded the files or content from your order. Our system shows us the number of times that you have downloaded or re-downloaded content, and this must be equal to 0. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll issue the refund back to the original payment method.
